Me and Just inverted the roles. I am the programmer and he's the artist for this jam.
I am super confused….
He's great at it…
I'm totally jealous.
Everything's going fine, first few builds are looking good.
I'll try to gif it tomorrow.
Cheers.
first game jam

I'm going to go to sleep. I'll work till around 6 tomorrow, then I'll have to be done so I can study for midterms. That means I've probably got 9 hours left (I've spent 6 on dev so far). I still want to add 2 enemy types, a bunch of items for the shops, and more world generation segments.
Good luck all!
Things have happened to where I cannot work on my game until much later tonight :( Curse responsibilities, Spider-Man!
But, it will give me time to really think of my concept. I don't know how to put images in this post, but picture this.
A kitchen several feet above, tossing burger ingredients down to a server below, who must catch the food and fill orders!
Too complicated? Probably, but why not shoot for the stars right?
Will have a long night.
Hope everyone else is doing well with their own projects!
?
Make sure to check my YouTube on the Streams and Videos page for development vids! I will post later tonight or tomorrow morning.
Tried making a ragdoll, and failed. Decided to just make a ball. Doing a 3D game for my first jam!
On this, my final ten minute break, I count down the minutes to the end of my shift, to when i can return home and finaly begin work on my game :(
The theme has me a bit stumped, but my goal is to make at least a prototype late tonight!
For now, I anxiously glance at my clock.
I've finished the basics for my game. Unfortunately, I can't make it too fancy because I've got 3 midterms on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. I'm hoping to finish about 27 hours in.

After an hour of work i have got a simple game which works, tommorow im gonna finish it off the random generation and then leave it at that, as i wont be able to work on it on Sunday.
Good luck to anyone doing the jam, Im sure your game will beat mine.
